Chakras go back thousands of years and they're fascinating and complex. Chakras are vortices of energy. We have thousands in the body, but there are seven main chakras that line the base of the spine. Each chakra has a color and an element which reflects the vibration. This workshop or event will explore energy centers in the body that become blocked, effecting our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Together we will delve into the simple question...why?
We have the power to vibrate higher at work, at home and in our life. We can utilize what we learn in order to open up with curiosity, to the ways in which we can release tension. It's time to allow your soul to awaken to its truest essence...you deserve it!
