Most people I am blessed to meet feel overwhelmed, sad, stressed, and anxious. I get it! Walking through the door is the first step, but it’s so hard to “figure it all out” alone. It would be an honor to be your coach on the journey to good health and healing.
Here a few questions I hear all the time:
Simply asking those questions creates more stress! So, I created a program to ditch the stress and get the clarity!
Here’s what the CLARITY CLEANSE looks like:
WEEK ONE

· ONE HOUR LIFE COACHING SESSION: This session will be all about getting to know you and what you need. You’ll feel seen, heard and ready!
· 30-MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION: Healthy movement based on your level of ability ranging from weights, kettle bell, TRX, battle ropes, weight bar, yoga and Pilates – your choice for all levels of ability.
WEEK TWO
⬇️
· ONE HOUR REIKI SESSION: A healing modality to unblock stagnant energy in your body and release embedded imprints that make you feel blocked, sluggish and stuck.
· 30-MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION: If it feels good, I’ll challenge you a bit more!
WEEK THREE

· ONE HOUR CREATIVE HEALING SESSION: Now that I know what you need, we’ll continue with talk therapy and add specific methods and strategies, along with guided meditation customized for your needs.
· 30-MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION: We’ll go a bit deeper while we’re exercising and talk nutrition.
WEEK FOUR

· ONE HOUR STRATEGY SESSION: Here, we’ll devise a plan for you to keep the momentum going.
· 30-MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION: Our last session will include a workout plan you can use at home.

30 DAYS OF SPIRITUAL ASSIGNMENTS:
You’ll receive an email (or text) every day for 30 days with a Spiritual Assignment – kind of like homework for the soul! Each assignment will be 5 minutes or less – I promise! The assignments will include mantras, mudras, meditation, mindful awareness exercises, journaling, and therapeutic doodling.
FOLLOW UP ZOOM SESSION:
We’ll meet on zoom (or phone) so I can follow up and check-in (two weeks after the program).
